TRAIN WITH THE YAKIMA ATHLETIC CLUB

As the exclusive training partner of the Downtown Yakima Mile, the Yakima Athletic Club has designed a training program to help you achieve your goals!  Whether you are a fine-tuned athlete, or just beginning to run your first race, they have a program to help you run your fastest mile!

The program is designed to be done on your own, or you can come to the Club and take part in the training with one of their certified instructors. They will help you achieve your goals while looking out for your safety, and longevity.

The Yakima Athletic Club has been serving the Yakima community for 40 years!  We were delighted to be asked to be the exclusive training partner for this inaugural event.  Really, what better way to help the community than by encouraging a healthy, active lifestyle?  The Downtown Yakima Mile is a great way to bring people of all different fitness levels together to celebrate movement and activity.

Come to the Athletic Club today where we have been getting more people to get more active more often since 1979!  We exist for one reason, and that is to constantly challenge and lead our members to provide a safe environment and to help as many as we can reach their goals, and beyond.

Come and meet the trainers at the Athletic Club. The first assessment is always free, and then we can talk about tailoring a program to help you reach your goals.

I understand and am aware that the use of Yakima Athletic Club, and programs of the Yakima Athletic Club involve risk and potential hazards.  In consideration of participation in the programs, and use of the club, I (your name here) individually for myself, my heirs and assigns, and a parent or guardian for any minor under 18 included within this agreement, hereby release and hold harmless  Yakima Athletic Club, its employees, directors and owners from any claims, demands or causes of action arising from the use of the Yakima Athletic Club, and or programs.
